Commercial Buildings

Costs for non-dwelling (commercial) EPCs vary according to the size, complexity and layout of the building and the information available about it. Generally, the more information that is to hand the less the cost of the EPC is likely to be. Our accredited Assessors are experienced in small large and complex buildings. They will provide you with:

Public Buildings

Costs for non-dwelling DEC’s and AR’s again vary according to the size, complexity and layout of the building and the information available about it. Generally, the more information that is to hand the less the cost of the EPC is likely to be. Our accredited Assessors are experienced in single and multiple property portfolios. They will provide you with:

  • Full DEC Accreditation and Compliance
  • A comprehensive provision including an Advisory Report (AR)
  • An Annual DEC renewal at minimal cost

Residential Buildings

Residential EPC’s are relatively straight forward. Our accredited assessors have experience in providing these for small and large properties. Residential EPCs from £59.00 + VAT.

Floor Plans

If floor plans are not available our Architectural department are able to produce these by a measured survey of the building. Our Architects would be happy to discuss your requirement with you.
